May I bring my own camera on board? Guests are more than welcome to bring their own camera for personal pictures aboard the ship. In addition, as you are boarding, the ship's photographer records the moment for your entire party. As you depart, you'll find your boarding photo ready for purchase.

Are children allowed on the dinner cruise? There are no age restrictions for any Odyssey cruise.

Is there a children's menu? Yes, the children's menu is available on all cruises except Moonlight Cruises and includes items such as chicken tenders, pizza, and macaroni & cheese. Please notify your Odyssey Event Planner of any children attending your event.

Is there a coat check where my jacket? Coat checks are available when needed. Your server would be more than happy to check any items for you at the beginning of your cruise.

What is our cruise route? Departing from Rowes Wharf, Odyssey cruises along Historical Boston Harbor from Castle Island to George's Island, then east to the Boston Light on Little Brewster Island, and back north to Charlestown Naval Yard before returning to the Wharf.

How far off shore does the ship travel? The ship is licensed to travel as far as 3 miles off shore, however, our cruise route typically remains only one mile off shore.

Can I bring a birthday cake on-board? Small cakes that do not require refrigeration are allowed to be brought on board. Your server will place the cake in our pantry until it is ready to be cut and served.

What is the dress attire? Dinner Cruises: Jackets are strongly recommended for men and cocktail attire for women. Lunch, Brunch or Midday Cruises: We recommend dressy-casual attire, such as nice slacks and collared shirts. No jeans, shorts, sneakers, tank tops, or halter-tops will be allowed.

What type of entertainment do you have?

Dinner Cruises: Guests aboard the Horizon and Souleiado Decks will enjoy our high-energy dance bands. Playing softer standards throughout the earlier part of the evening. There is something for every one, from Motown to disco, from 80's ballads to swing, and from Latin to jazz standards. The Admiral's Lounge will feature recorded, upbeat jazz background music.

Lunch Cruises: The Horizon and Souleiado Decks will have three piece bands including vocalists offering a broad repertoire - all highlighted by a narrated Harbor tour. The Admiral's Lounge will feature recorded, upbeat jazz background music.

Sunday Brunch: The Horizon and Souleiado Decks will have three piece bands including vocalists offering a broad repertoire - all highlighted by a narrated Harbor tour. The Admiral's Lounge will feature recorded, upbeat jazz background music.

Is the vessel handicap accessible? Yes, the Horizon Deck (our main boarding deck), is handicapped accessible and our crew is available for assistance. Please notify Odyssey regarding any special needs.

Are there Vegetarian Options available? Yes, our chef will be happy to prepare a vegetarian option, simply notify your server. If you have a group with many vegetarians or if you have any vegans please notify Odyssey two weeks prior to your event.

Are there Kosher Options available? Yes, kosher meals are available for an additional charge. Please notify Odyssey two weeks prior to your event to arrange Kosher Meals.

Are there restrooms on board? Yes, restrooms are located on every enclosed deck on the ship.

How will my group be seated? Will we all be together? All seating is assigned in advance of your cruise. Your group will be seated together in the same section of the deck or ship. Unless you have privately chartered the deck, there may be other parties at tables surrounding your group.

Is there pre-assigned seating? As you board Odyssey our captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck and from there the host/hostess will show you to your assigned table. Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. We assign seats based on needs and capacity for each cruise.

What happens during rain or snow? The Odyssey cruises rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the ship will remain dockside for the length of the event.

PARKING

Primary Parking Information: As traffic and construction surrounding Rowes Wharf can be unpredictable, to avoid missing your boarding time and to remove the stress form your Odyssey experience, we recommend you allow ample time for parking.

Rowes Wharf Parking: Discounted parking is available at Rowes Wharf Garage located directly under the Boston Harbor Hotel at 30 Rowes Wharf on Atlantic Avenue. The entrance into the garage is easily missed. Make an immediate right after the archway into an entryway at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Validation for discounted parking can be obtained at the Odyssey ticket booth.

International Place Parking Garage: Discounted parking is available at International Place Parking Garage located on High Street directly across from Rowes Wharf.
